First-use checklist, safe handling, joint movement and after-use care instructions.
Clean the doll thoroughly with warm water and mild soap. Apply a light dusting of maintenance powder to the surface. Inspect all joints to ensure they move smoothly and are properly assembled.
Always support the body when lifting the doll. Avoid pulling by the limbs, as this can stress the joints and internal armature. Lift from the torso or use both hands for larger dolls.
Do not force joints beyond their natural range of motion. Be gentle when adjusting poses — if resistance is felt, do not push further. Move joints slowly and carefully to preserve their longevity.
Use appropriate lubricants — water-based lubricants are recommended as they are safe for TPE and silicone materials. Avoid oil-based or silicone-based lubricants, which can damage the material. Be gentle and attentive during use.
Clean the doll immediately after each use. Pay special attention to creases, folds and joint areas where residue can accumulate. Use warm water and mild antibacterial soap, then pat dry thoroughly.
